My friends Marion and Kevin are installing water boosters in their cars, using hydrogen-on-demand. So as it is not stored hydrogen (which is dangerous as hydrogen stored is a big explosion if there is an explosion)

Kevin is now getting up to 50% fuel saving on average trip. And right from the start: %20 fuel saving, motor running more effeciently, cleaner emission, cleaner exhaust (it gets steam cleaned)
